A query entered in a search box passes directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the name or birth date and supplies its result. Bradley County Warrant Records does not retain or log those query terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
Email messages may be kept long enough to respond and maintain the related correspondence. They remain within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

No Warrant Data on File
Bradley County Warrant Records does not host, compile, maintain, or sell a warrant database or personal warrant files. It identifies the Bradley County courts, clerks, sheriff, and Arkansas case resources that hold official information. Visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports, and this private resource is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies supply the search boxes. Their own privacy terms govern submitted information, retention, and sharing. Those practices are outside our control, so review the provider's policy before entering a query.
Links to Other Websites
Throughout the site we link to sheriff's office pages, court portals, statewide warrant systems, legal aid groups, and third-party search tools. Clicking any of those links takes you off our site. At that point, their privacy policy governs your visit. Read it before sharing any personal details.
Certain advertising partners may track your activity across sites to show targeted ads. That tracking runs on their systems, not ours.
