Why We Built This Site
Arkansas provides public access to many court records, yet the correct custodian depends on the case. Bradley County District Court, Warren Department, keeps traffic, misdemeanor, ordinance, and preliminary felony files. The Bradley County Circuit Clerk and Recorder keeps circuit files, including felony matters. The sheriff handles service, booking, and law-enforcement records. Search ARCourts may show a case event, but it is not a live warrant database. Bringing those distinct routes together helps readers avoid assuming that one blank result means they are clear.
What You Will Find Here

- Outstanding warrants: why an active status requires confirmation
- Missed court dates: how FTA and bench warrants arise in the Warren Department
- Charge-based warrants: how arrest warrants are issued and served in Bradley County
- Resolving a warrant: the steps to resolve a warrant, from talking to an attorney to posting bond and a motion to recall or quash
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to an Arkansas court, sheriff's office, or state agency. Our role has firm limits:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results, and their data is not an official warrant check.
